Import Following List
Option 1: Instagram Data Export
The most complete way to import who you follow.
How to get your data:
1. Open Instagram → Settings → Accounts Center
2. Your Information and Permissions → Download Your Information
3. Select your account, choose JSON format
4. Request "Followers and Following" data
5. Wait for email (usually 1-48 hours)
6. Download and upload the following.json file below
Option 2: Manual Entry
Paste usernames directly (one per line or comma-separated).
